Xiantao Non-woven Fabric Productivity Promotion Center is located in Xiantao of Hubei province, famous town of non-woven fabrics. In January, 2006, it was registered based on Xiantao Xinfa Plastic Products Co., Ltd., a key company of non-woven fabrics in Xiantao. In December, 2007, it passed ISO9001 international quality management system authentication. In September, 2009, it was recognized as “state level demonstration productivity promotion center” by Ministry of Science and Technology; in 2010, was identified as “national demonstration platform of public service for small and middle sized enterprise” by National Ministry of Industry and Information; in 2011, was approved as “demonstration platform of public service in textile industry” by State Textile Industry Association.

There are 2400㎡ of service place, a constant temperature testing room covering 90㎡, a cleaning laboratory covering 240㎡, a training center covering 230㎡. In addition, there are 86 sets of facilities for research, training, testing purpose, with total assets of RMB 21 million Yuan. In the center, there are 42 staffs, including 36 with bachelor degree or above. They have professional experience in research, testing and information service of non-woven fabric through years of accumulation.

In order to strengthen innovation capacity, to promote international competitiveness and to integrate resources, the center cooperates with 37 experts from related universities. We singed cooperation agreement with Wuhan Textile University and other colleges to establish “Wuhan Textile University Xiantao Non-woven Fabric Research Center”, “Wuhan Textile University Xiantao Non-woven Fabric Training and Practice Center”. We work together to implement research, development and promotion business of non-woven fabrics and new products.

Our development concept is “customer first, market oriented”. We actively develop technology innovation service, training service, information consulting service and product texting service.

We can develop 10 to 12 new products each year, including, SMMMMS, high-end composite non-woven fabric, functional non-woven fabric, medical used 4th grade non-woven fabrics and etc.

We provide training service group after group at different times for technical workers, managers and financial staffs. Meanwhile we provide technology consulting, management consulting and financial consulting service for inter-enterprise. 

In addition, we cooperate and communicate with provincial center. We pay attention and follow world cutting-edge information and provide technical information, quotation and trends to cooperative partners. We also provide testing service of non-woven fabrics. Detection accuracy is over 98%.

New technique, new material and new technology of our center are transformed into productivity among firms in the cluster. It plays a positive role in promoting of economic benefit and for sustainable development of non-woven industry in Hubei province.
